Victor Nwosu, the Principal Solicitor and Firm Owner, brings nearly two decades of experience in both public and private law sectors. His areas of expertise include judicial review, advanced civil litigation, criminal law, motoring law, and immigration. He has an extensive 19-year background in criminal law and magistrates’ court proceedings, which has solidified his reputation for managing complex cases and mentoring his legal team effectively.

Victor holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, and an MA in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Jos, Nigeria. He completed the Common Professional Examination (CPE Law PGD) at Middlesex University in 1998, before proceeding to the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, Store Street, London, which he completed in 2001. Qualifying as a solicitor in 2005, Victor has built a strong reputation for delivering expert legal solutions and guiding the firm’s strategic direction

Tiki Emezie – distinguished Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings) 
Tiki Emezie is a distinguished Solicitor-Advocate (Higher Courts Civil Proceedings) with over 20 years of experience in the legal field. Admitted as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2000, he was granted Higher Rights of Audience in 2007, enabling him to represent clients in the highest courts. His expertise spans civil litigation, employment law, immigration law, and judicial review, with involvement in numerous high-profile cases such as Ademiluyi v SSHD [2017] EWHC 935 (Admin) and The King (on the application of O) v Chief Constable of Kent Police [2024] EWHC 1678 (Admin).

Currently a Consultant Solicitor at Dylan Conrad Kreolle Solicitors and Chipatiso Associates LLP, Mr. Emezie has also led CT Emezie Solicitors as Principal Solicitor from 2003 to 2012. He holds an LLB from the University of East London and a Diploma in International Studies from Birkbeck, University of London. He completed the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London, while balancing his early legal career as a part-time student.

Kevin Okeke – Solicitor
Kevin Okeke is a seasoned legal professional with over 15 years of pre-qualification experience in both public and private law, specializing in civil litigation. He holds an LLB and an MSc from the London School of Economics, demonstrating his strong academic foundation and deep understanding of legal principles. Throughout his career, Kevin has managed complex legal disputes, applying his expertise to deliver successful outcomes for his clients.

Enrolling as a solicitor in 2023, Kevin’s extensive pre-enrollment experience has equipped him with a wealth of practical knowledge. His years of practice in civil litigation allow him to offer expert guidance and representation across a wide range of civil matters, ensuring his clients receive top-tier legal service and advocacy.

Tricia Kesah  (RFL) Higher Rights
Tricia Kesah is a Registered Foreign Lawyer (RFL) with Higher Rights of Audience. She holds an LLM in Public International Law from Westminster Law School at The University of Westminster, along with an LLB and BL, showcasing her academic and professional qualifications. Tricia’s expertise enables her to represent clients effectively in complex legal matters, backed by her extensive legal training and higher rights of audience having completed her course in 2020

Fatima Alfadhli LLB(Hons)., LPC – Solicitor
Fatima Alfadhli qualified as a solicitor in July 2022. She attained her law degree at Brunel University and was awarded “Top Student in International Human Rights Law” by Matrix Law. She then completed her Legal Practice Course at Westminster University.

She has been working in our immigration and public law department and is particularly skilled in complex immigration applications and judicial reviews.

Fatima speaks fluent Arabic and is an active member of her community.

Minha Jamil  LLB(Hons)., LPC – Solicitor
Minha Jamil qualified as a solicitor in 2023. She attended BPP University and completed the Legal Practice Course. Since qualifying, she has been working in our family, housing, and litigation team, where she has shown particular skill in handling complex cases. Minha is fluent in Urdu.

Sarah L Curtis  LLB(Hons)., LPC, LLM – Solicitor
Sarah Curtis qualified as a solicitor in 2023 but had been with the firm before qualification as a trainee solicitor, gaining valuable experience in civil litigation, housing, and will drafting. She holds an LLB from London Southbank University and an LLM in Legal Practice from Westminster University.

Sarah’s commitment to her clients and her deep understanding of the law have made her an essential part of the firm.

Chartered Legal Executive
Barbara Perry   LLB(Hons)., FCILEx.  – Solicitor
Barbara Perry qualified as a solicitor in 2012. She attended the University of Lincoln and Westminster University Law School, where she completed her legal education. She recently earned her FCILEx qualification in 2023.

Since qualifying, Barbara has been practicing employment law and expanded her expertise into personal injury and family law in 2017. She has successfully represented numerous clients in these areas and is recognised for her ability to handle sensitive cases with care and professionalism.

Barbara is also fluent in Polish, which has been a valuable asset in assisting clients from diverse backgrounds. In addition to her legal work, Barbara runs her own business, gaining significant knowledge in company law and accounting
