Price Transparency

Our fees are structured based on the time taken to complete the work, multiplied by the hourly rate of the professionals handling your case. Where possible, we offer fixed fee services for straightforward cases, but for more complex cases, our fees will be charged based on the time spent. We provide an estimate at the outset and keep you informed of any developments that may impact the final cost.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

VAT is charged at 20% however all our fees are exclusive of VAT. There are certain immigration matters where VAT doesn’t apply, such as visitors applying from outside the UK. We will confirm whether VAT applies to your case during the initial consultation.

Initial Consultation

We offer a fixed-fee initial consultation to assess your case, provide advice, and discuss the options available to you. Our hourly rates for the initial consultation range from £300 to £500 + VAT, depending on the complexity of your case.

Typical costs: £360 – £600, including VAT.

Consultation time: Up to 60 minutes, though complex matters may require more time.

Extra Charge

Disbursements

Disbursements are payments to third parties, which we handle on your behalf. These costs are separate from our legal fees and may include:

Immigration Health Surcharge – for specific visa categories.

Biometric Fees – typically required for visa and immigration applications.

Medical Testing Fees – if health checks are required.

Interpreter/Translation Fees:

Interpreter services range from £100 to £150 per hour, depending on the language and location.

Translation services are typically priced at £90 to £109 per 1,000 words.

Expert Report Fees – ranging from £750 to £5,000 depending on the complexity of the report (e.g., medical or psychological reports).

Courier and Postage Fees – for sending documents.

Travel Costs – if travel is required to attend hearings or meetings outside our office.

The timeline for processing an immigration application depends on the complexity of your case and the Home Office’s response time. Typical stages include:

Submission of Application – We typically submit applications within 2 to 6 weeks after receiving all necessary materials.
